We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The 30-day period begins from the date you received your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions: • The item must be unused and unopened • The item must be in its original packaging • The item must be in the same condition that you received it • You must provide your original order number
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@supershroom.co.uk with: • Your order number • Reason for return • Photos of the item (if applicable)
We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
• Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping • Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will: • Send you an email confirmation of receipt • Process your refund within 5-7 business days • Refund the original payment method used for the purchase • Refunds will be for the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Exchange Shipping Costs
• Our Error: We cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items • Customer Preference: Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons: • Products that have been opened or used • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery • Products without original packaging or labels
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item: • Contact us immediately at info@supershroom.co.uk • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you • We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
5. International Returns
For international customers: • The same 30-day return window applies • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged • Additional customs fees or import duties for returns are the customer's responsibility • Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase
